This issue of BMSAES contains three diverse contributions using various methods to explore aspects of New Kingdom to Late Antique Egypt. Using 3D models, Elaine Sullivan's work investigates the logistics of moving festival barks through the temple complex at Karnak in the New Kingdom. Emad Khalil's study examines the vocabulary of transport vessels in texts from Roman Egypt. New fieldwork at Elkab and Hagr Edfu documents evidence of use and reuse of funerary architecture from the late Middle Kingdom/early New Kingdom through to Late Antiquity.
