The Mildenhall Treasure: Late Roman Silver Plate from East Anglia

Discovered in Suffolk in 1942, the Mildenhall Treasure is one of the most important collections of Late Roman silver tableware from the Roman Empire and one of the most iconic sets of objects in the British Museum. This generously illustrated book offers a comprehensive study of the 28 pieces of the Mildenhall Treasure, the majority of which was crafted in the fourth century AD.
